交链孢酚对人胎儿食管和胃上皮脂质过氧化的影响

采用硫队巴比妥酸试验测定丙二醛含量反映脂质过氧化程度。用林县粮食中分离的互隔交链孢霉的代谢物交链孢酚(AOH,体外攻击人胎儿食管及胃上皮后观察对相应组织脂质过氧化的影响,AOH可使4人胎儿食管及胃上皮丙二醛含量明显升高(P?0.01),其程度与AOH剂量有关,并随时间延长,其程度增高,4～5h达高峰、食管对AOH反应较胃强烈,提示AOH可引发食管及胃上皮组织的脂质过氧化,并有一定的器官选择性。据结果可推测AOH可能是林县地区人食管癌病因之一。

The effect of Alternariol on the lipid peroxidation in the epithelium of the fetal esophagus and stomach

Alternariol (AOH) produced by Alternara alternata isolated from the grain in the areas of high incidence of esophageal cancer, Linxian County, China. The effect of AOH, a suspected carcinogen in human being, on the lipid peroxidation inthe epithelium of the fetal esophagus and stomach was studied. The epithelium ofthe esophagus and stomach from human fetal with waterbag induction of labor weretreated with AOH, and lipid peroxides were measured with the thiobarbituric acid testfor malondialdehyde (MDA). AOH had a significant effect on MDA levels which increased in fetal esophagus and stomach. There exists a positive correlation be-tween the values of MDA levels and the AOH dosages. It was demons trated that thelipid peroxidation could be initiated with AOH. Lipid peroxidation levels were incr-eased with the prolongation of the time for treatment. The values of MDA levelin the esophagus were higher than those in the stomach treated with the samedosage of AOH. The fact shows that AOH has an organ seleivity. These results indicate that AOH may be one of the genetoxic etiological factors of human esophageal cancer in Linxian County.
