超声诊断颈动脉硬化新进展

摘    要:颈动脉超声是诊断、评估颈动脉壁病变的有效手段之一,本文综述了二维灰阶超声成像、高分辨力超声成像、彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)、彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)和彩色多普勒速度能量图(CCD)、超声彩色血流速度图(CVI)、功率多普勒成像、三维超声重建(3D-UR)、四维彩色多普勒血流成像(4D-CDFI)以及颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)测定等超声检测技术在颈动脉硬化彩超检查中的临床运用价值和检查技术新进展,认为彩超可作为颈动脉病变一种有效的首选检查方法。

Abstract:Carotid artery ultrasonography is one of the effective means to diagnose and evaluate the pathological changes of carotid arterial wall.This article discusses many ultrasonic testing techniques about their progress and clinical application value in the ultrasonic diagnosis of carotid arterial sclerosis such including two-dimensional(2D-UR)and High-Resolution B-mode imaging,Color Dopper Flow Imaging(CDFI),Color Dopper energy(CDE),CCDandCVI,three-dimensional(3D-UR),four-dimensional Ultrasonography(4D-CDFI),intima-media thickness(IMT) and so on,in which color sonography is the first choice.
