| 摘 要： | 目的总结儿童脑膜瘤的临床特点和治疗经验。方法回顾分析过去6年间我科收治的25例儿童脑膜瘤的临床资料。占同期儿童颅内肿瘤的1.6%,其中发病年龄以10～15岁居多,平均11.3岁,男女比例接近。结果本组25例肿瘤中,位于脑室系统内和后颅凹者各占20%;肿瘤位于脑皮层下、与硬膜无粘连者占24%;显微手术肿瘤全切除和近全切除为92%。结论儿童脑膜瘤具有与成人不同的特点,其预后与多种因素相关,早期诊断和手术切除可取得良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarized the clinical characteristic and therapeutic experiences of meningiomas in children.Method The clinical data of25patients were analyzed from Jan.,1995to Apr.,2001.Childhood meningioma represented1.6%of all intracranial tumors in children,the majority were between10and15years of age,the average age was11.3years,males are affected similar to females.Result Meningioma of intraventricular and posterior fossa respectively was20%,meningioma with lack of dural attachment ,locating under the cortex represented24%.The rate of total and subtotal removal was92%.Conclusion The characteristic of meningioma in children was different from in adults,the prognosis was association with several factors,the key for good outcome were early diagnosis and surgical resection |
