| 摘 要： | 艾滋病流行日趋严重．已成为政治问题和社会问题，艾滋病防治工作对我国公共卫生和现行制席仍然存在一定的挑战。只有科学指导艾滋病防治工作，强化政府责任，完善防治工作监管和评估机制，真正形成政府主导、多部门合作、全社会参与的艾滋病防治氛围，才能全面遏制艾滋病的传播和流行。

| Abstract: | AIDS is more and more serious, which has become political and socialproblems.The prevention and control of AIDS remains a certain challenge to the public health and current system in our country. So under the scientific guidence and the emphasis of the responsibility of the government ,we can improve the supervision and evaluation for the prevention and control of AIDS to form an atmo- sphere, in which the government is in a leading position cooperating with varities of branches as well as the participation of all socity. Only in this way, we can restrain the spread and epidemic of AIDS completely. |
