Abstract: | Intramuscular hemangiomas are rare benign tumors of vascular origin. The masseter is the muscle most commonly involved in the head and neck. A case of intramuscular masseter hemangioma is presented, the literature reviewed, and appropriate diagnostic modalities discussed. |
