| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性分析伴有特殊疾病患者的人工耳蜗植入术，介绍其术前、术中及术后的处理措施及临床经验。方法：对北京协和医院1300余例人工耳蜗植入术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中伴有特殊疾病如低钾血症、血友病、特发性血小板减少性紫癜、蚕豆病、凝血因子异常及碱性磷酸酶异常增高的患者共8例，对其围手术期处理经验分别介绍。结果：8例患者顺利完成手术，未出现近、远期并发症。结论：对于一些术前检查伴有特殊疾病并存在相对手术禁忌证的重度感音神经性聋患者，通过充分的术前准备及围手术期的相应处理，行人工耳蜗植入术是可行的。
