腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床研究

目的观察腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效。方法采用WLFHY-500型伟力电脑腹水超滤浓缩回输系统,对98例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者行190例次治疗,观察患者体重、腹围、24小时尿量、血肌酐、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、白蛋白等变化。结果经治疗后,患者24小时尿量增加,血清白蛋白水平增加,尿素氮、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素水平无显著性变化,总有效率69.4%,无严重并发症。结论腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水,方法简便易行,且安全有效。

Clinical Study of Simultaneous Dialytic Ultrafiltration and Intraperitoneal Reinfusion in Cirrhotic Patients with Intractable Ascites

Objective To observe the efficacy of simultaneous dialytic ultrafiltration and intraperitoneal reinfusion in cirrhotic patients with intractable ascites.Methods 98 cirrhotic patients with intractable ascites were treated for 190 times with WLFHY500 ultrafiltration and intraperitoneal reinfusion system.The body weight,abdomen circumference,urine volume in 24 hours,serum levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,albumin,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL) were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results After the treatment with ultrafiltration and intraperitoneal reinfusion of ascites,urine volume in 24 hours was elevated and serum albumin was elevated(P<0.01).The serum levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL) were not significantly changed(P>0.05).The overall efficacy rate was 69.4%.No severe complication occurred.Conclusion simultaneous dialytic ultrafiltration and intraperitoneal reinfusion in cirrhotic patients with intractable ascites is safe and simple to operate with effect.
