| 摘 要： | 目的观察伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法将88例功能性消化不良病人,随机分为两组,伊托必利治疗组44例,伊托必利50mg,3次/日,餐前1/2小时口服;对照组44例:多潘立酮10mg,3次/日,餐前1/2小时口服,疗程均为4周。结果伊托必利治疗组治疗总有效率为93.2%,疗效明显高于多潘立酮对照组(77.3%)(p<0.05)。结论伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效优于多潘立酮,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical curative effect of itopride and domperidone for functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods 88 Patients with FD, we divided them into 2 groups at random. The first group was given itopride 50mg tid. po. half-hour before the meal; and, the other group was given domperidone instead, 10mg tid. po. half-hour before the meal. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results 93.2% patients' symptom was controlled remarkably on the first group, however, 77.3% patients' symptom was controlled remarkably on the second group(p<0.05). A few of adverse drug reactions were found.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of itopride for functional dyspepsia (FD) was available and safe. |
