参地生津胶囊治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响

目的观察参地生津胶囊治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法将240例气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组。治疗组160采用参地生津胶囊治疗，每次5粒。每日3次口服。对照纽80例予格列关脲片2mg，每日1次口服。2组均2个月1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率81．88％，对照组总有效率83．75％，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。2组治疗后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）均降低，与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。2组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论参地生津胶囊治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病有确切疗效，且能显著改善血液流变性。

Observation of Shendi shengjin capsule on the treatment and hemorheology of type 2 diabetes with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis

Objective To observe Shendi shengjin capsule on the treatment and hemorheology of type 2 diabetes with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis. Methods 240 cases with type 2 diabetes with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=160) were treated by Shendi shengjin capsule, 5 pills, thrice a day. Patients in control group (n=80) were treated by glimepiride tablet, 2 mg, once a day. The course was two months in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 81.88% in treatment group, 83.75% in control group. There was no difference between two groups (P＜0.05). FBG and 2hPG after treatment was decreased comparison with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.01). There were differences between two groups in BHV, LBV, viscosity, fibrinogen after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Shendi shengjin capsule has the accurate curative effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis, also can obviously improve hemorrheology.
