| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病（DM）大鼠心肌细胞超微结构变化及西洛他唑对其干预作用。方法将DM大鼠随机分为西洛他唑治疗组和DM组，用药8周后检测两组血糖、体质量、糖化血红蛋白、心脏重量指数，观察其心肌细胞超微结构变化。结果两组比较，除治疗组心脏重量指数低于DM组外（P〈0．05），其余无统计学差异。治疗组心肌细胞变化较DM组明显减轻（P〈0．05）。结论西洛他唑对DM大鼠的心肌损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the myocardial ultrastructure changes of diabetic(DM)rats and the protective effects of ciloprost on it.[Methods] DM rats were randomly divided into cilostazol group and DM group.8 weeks after treatment,blood glucose,body weight,HbA1c,cardiac weight index and ultrastructure of myocardiocyt were observed.[Results] Cardiac weight index in cilostazol group was lower than that of DM group(P<0.05).There was no other statistical difference between the two groups.The myocardiocytes changes of cilostazol group were obviously lessened than than those of DM group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Ciloprost has protectal action on myocardial damage of DM rats. |
