一清胶囊配合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢传输型便秘45例

目的：观察一清胶囊配合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢传输型便秘临床疗效;方法：采用阳性药物随机对照研究方法,90例患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予一清胶囊1g,口服,每日3次,同时配合润燥止痒胶囊2g,口服,每日3次,对照组饭后服用西沙必利5mg,口服,每日3次。1月为1疗程。停药2月后,随访1次;结果治疗组痊愈19（33.3%）、显效21（46.7%）、有效5（11.1%）、无效0（0%）,总有效率88.9%,对照组痊愈13（28.9%）、显效17（37.8%）、有效10（22.2%）、无效5（11.1%）,总有效率66.7%,经统计Z=-2.26,P〈0.05,两组疗效比较差异显著,具有统计学意义;结论：一清胶囊配合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢传输型便秘攻补兼施,临床疗效满意。

Clinical observation on 45 cases of slow transit constipation treated with Yiqing capsule and Runzao Zhiyang capsules

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of slow transit constipation treated with Yiqing Capsule and Runzao Zhiyang Capsules.Methods:Positive drugs randomly compared method was used.90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group,1g Yiqing capsule and 2g Runzao Zhiyang capsule were given three times one day.And the control group,5mg Cisapride was applied three times one day.The course of treatment is one month.Two months later,patients were follow-up after stop drugs.Results:In treatmentgroup,19(33.3%)patients were recovery,21(46.7%)patients were excellence,5(11.1%)patients were utility.And in control group, 13(28.9%)patients were recovery,17(37.8%)patients were excellence,10(22.2%)patients were utility,5(11,1%)patients were ineffective. The effective rate of the treated group is 66.7%,with marked difference in statistics,compared with the control group,Z=-2.26,P<0.05; Conclusions:Yiqing capsule combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsule have effective on slow transit constipation。
