针灸辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效观察

目的:观察针灸辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将42例肠梗阻患者,随机分为针刺组(21例)和对照组(21例),两组均采用常规西医疗法,即禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染、补液、维持水电解质及酸碱平衡等,针刺组在此基础上加用针灸辅助治疗。结果:针刺组患者在首次排气排便时间及炎症指标的有效率上均显著优于对照组,针刺组有效率为90.47%,对照组有效率为85.71%,两组患者在治疗后3d时,炎性指标C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞数针刺组同样低于对照组,两者比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:针灸辅助联合西医疗法可对粘连性肠梗阻的防治有明显的疗效,不仅可缩短疗程,而且还可较早降低炎症,降低手术率和延长复发时间。

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture adjuvant on treating adhesive intestinal obstruction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture adjuvant on treating adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:42 patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into acupuncture group(n=21)and control group(n=21),both groups were given conventional western medicine,that is fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infection,rehydration,and maintain water and electrolyte and acid-base balance and so on,acupuncture group with acupuncture adjuvant therapy.Results:The acupuncture group,patients in the efficiency for the first time the exhaust bowel movement,and inflammation indicators were significantly better than control group,the effective rate of acupuncture group was 90.47%,effective rate was 85.71% in the control group,after 3 days,the inflammatory markers C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count of acupuncture group is lower than control group,the difference was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture neoadjuvant combined western medicine for prevention and treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction has a significant effect,not only can shorten the course of treatment,but also earlier to reduce inflammation,the surgery rate and extend the time to recurrence.
