潴留型神经原性膀胱的康复护理研究

目的探讨间歇性导尿结合功能训练的护理方式在潴留型神经原性膀胱功能康复中的作用。方法将106例潴留型神经原性膀胱患者随机分为试验组(康复护理组,n=56)和对照组(传统护理组,n=50),对康复护理组患者采用间歇性导尿结合功能训练的护理方式进行康复护理,而对照组患者只采用传统护理方式,观察和随访1个月后比较两组膀胱功能康复情况和出现并发症情况。结果康复护理组的膀胱功能恢复明显优于传统护理组(P<0.05),其并发症发生率则明显低于传统护理组(P<0.001)。结论间歇性导尿结合功能训练的护理方式可以有效促进膀胱功能恢复,且尿路感染等并发症发生率更低,适合临床推广。

Study on the rehabilitation nursing of retention type neurogenic bladder

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing method of intermittent urethral catheterization combined with functional training in the rehabilitation of retention type neurogenic bladder. Method 106 patients with retention type neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into 2 groups.rehabilitation nursing group(n=56) as trial,and traditional nursing group(n=50) as control.The patients in rehabilitation nursing group were nursed by means of intermittent urethral catheterization combined with functional training,with the patients of the control group being nursed by means of traditional nursing.After 1 month of observation and follow up,the condition of bladder rehabilitation and the occurrence of complication were compared between 2 groups.Result The bladder rehabilitation of the rehabilitation nursing group significantly surpassed that of the traditional nursing group(P<0.05).And the incidence of complication of the rehabilitation nursing group was significantly lower than that of the traditional nursing group(P<0.001).Conclusion The nursing method of intermittent urethral catheterization effectively with low incidence of complication such as urinary tract infection.It is suitable to be generalized in the clinic.
