奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛的临床观察

目的观察奥施康定在中晚期癌症患者痛疼治疗中的效果及不良反应。方法85例中,重度癌痛患者接受奥施康定口服治疗,初始剂量为10mg/12h,在用药过程中根据疼痛缓解程度按增加25%～50%调整剂量,直到疗效满意,所有患者均连续用药4周。结果总有效率96.47%。不良反应：便秘15例,胃部不适、恶心7例,嗜睡3例,眩晕2例。结论奥施康定给药方便,疗效确切,不良反应轻,是中重度癌痛患者的首选药物。

Clin Ical Study on Treatmen to Oxycontin for Moderate and Severe Cancer Pain

Objective To observethe effect and adverse reaction of sustained-releaseofOxycontin on moderate and severe cancer Pain Methods 85patients with advanced cancer pain received the Oxycontin by oral,with the begining dose of 10mg/12h,increasing by25%～50% until it works well.All patients received this therapy for 4 weeks.Results The effective rate was96.47%. The adverse drug reactions were constipation（15cases）,feeling uncomfortable in stomach and nauseating（7 cases）,sleepy（3 cases） and dizzy（2 cases）. Conclusion Oxycontin shows good effect on advanced cancer pains. It is the best choice for patientswith moderate and severe cancer pain.
