| 摘 要： | 本文采用立体计量学方法定量分析１０例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）患者大截面和非大截面血小板，以及６例健康对照者非大截面血小板超微结构的变化，发现糖尿病患者大截面血小板存在膜分化障碍，各种细胞器含量增多，并相对集中于不同区域，揭示糖尿病骨髓巨核细胞膜分化障碍，是造成细胞器丰富的大血小板增多的原因。微血管病变组大截面血小板存在早期激活的结构变化，表明微血管病变可作为血小板激活的因素之一。

| Abstract: | The ultrastructural changes of platelets presenting normal and large cross section were studied with morphometric method in 10 patients with IDDM,and 6 healthy controls. In diabetics with platelets presenting large cross section platelet membrance was found.Increased number of granules,dense bod ies and volume of glucogen particle area suggest megakaryocyte membrance undifferentiation,The presence of early active ultrastructural changes of platelets in InNN IDDM with micro angiopathy may reflect that microangiopathy acts as a factor of increasing platelet activity. |
