| 摘 要： | 恶性胸腺瘤早期诊断困难,易远处转移,患者可表现为口腔炎。作者报告2例表现为腮腺区肿块或下唇增生的胸腺瘤病例,总结对此病的诊治经验,探讨其生物学行为及合并症的发病机制。

| Abstract: | Malignant thymoma has a poor prognosis because of early metastasis and delayed diagnosis. This paper reported two cases of papillary hyperplasia of the lower lip and mass of the parotid gland associated with thymoma and discussed the behavior of this tumor as well as the pathogenesis of its concomitant disease. In this case report we also emphasized the possible presence of thymoma in the neck and the importance of neck evaluation in patients with myasthenia gravis. |
