颅脑外伤后综合征的综合治疗

目的 采取“对症用药、专门心理辅导和社区跟踪治疗”为主要内容的综合治疗策略治疗颅脑外伤后综合征患者并观察其疗效。方法 200例确诊的颅脑外伤后综合征患者，随机分为普通治疗组（100例）和综合治疗组（100例），前者采用对症用药以及简单的心理辅导，后者采取对症用药、专门心理辅导和社区跟踪治疗。同时对患者实行问卷调查。结果 平均随访时间21．8个月，发现颅脑外伤后综合征患者存在较为严重的不良心理和社会状态。综合治疗组的治疗效果与普通治疗组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 以“对症用药、专门心理辅导和社区跟踪治疗”为主要内容的颅脑外伤后综合征综合治疗策略可行并值得推荐。

Synthetic therapy of post-concussion syndrome

Objective To study the efficacy of combined use of drug therapy,typical psychologi- cal treatment and district follow-up treatment of post-concussion syndrome.Methods Two hundred patients,diagnosed as post-concussion syndrome in Shanghai Huashan Hospital,were divided randomly into a normal therapy group (100 cases),and a synthetic therapy group (100 cases).The normal group accepted drug therapy and simple psychological treatment,and the synthetic group accepted drug therapy, typical psychological and district follow-up treatments.At the same time,standardized questionnaires were conducted in each case.Results The follow-up for average 21.8 months demonstrated serious psychological and social troubles in these patients,but there was significant difference in therapeutic effect between the tow groups.Conclusion This synthetic therapy of post-concussion syndrome is fea- sible and should be recommended in clinic.
