国内外卫生服务城乡发展一体化的模式与经验启示

城乡卫生一体化既是一个城乡综合的医疗卫生事业的发展过程,又是城乡卫生统筹发展的一个终极目标.立足“人人享有基本卫生保健”的目标,这要求政府打破城乡居民身份界限,为城乡居民提供享有其需要的、政府能够承担的基本医疗卫生服务的机会和原则,逐步实现基本医疗卫生服务均等化,缩小城乡居民基本医疗卫生服务的差距,提高全体居民健康水平.总结了一些国内外卫生服务城乡一体化发展的模式和经验,以期为其他地区推进卫生城乡一体化提供参考.

The Mode and Experience of Health Services Integration Between Urban and Rural in China and Abroad

The health services integration of urban and rural is not only a process of comprehensive development of urban-rural medi- cal and health undertakings, but also as an ultimate goal of urban-rural health resources development. Based on ＂everyone will have access to basic health care＂ , it requires the government to break the urban and rural residents identity limit, and offers for ba- sic medical and health services, which gradually achieve equal access to basic medical and health services, narrows the gap between urban and rural residents, and improves the level of the whole population＇ s health. Summary some mode and experience of health ser- vices integration between urban and rural in China and abroad, in order to provide references to promote urban-rural integration for other areas.
