摘    要:目的 探讨分析健康教育在提高儿童计划免疫率中的应用效果.方法 选择2012年1月-2013年6月在接种门诊进行预防接种的儿童192例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各96例;对照组不进行健康教育,观察组进行健康教育,比较两组计划免疫相关知识知晓率、预防接种率以及对计划免疫服务的满意度.结果 经过健康教育,观察组对计划免疫相关知识的知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组计划免疫接种率为97.92%,显著高于对照组的76.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对计划免疫服务的满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的78.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过实施健康教育,普及了计划免疫知识,明显提高了计划免疫率及对计划免疫服务工作的满意度.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of heahh education in improving the children immunization rate. METHODS 192 cases of vaccination of children in vaccination clinic were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 96 cases in each group. The control group without health education, the observation group to carry out health education. Compared the aware- ness rate of knowledge related to immunization, immunization rate and the EPI service satisfaction between the two groups. RE- SULTS After health education, the EPI knowledge rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The immunization rate of the observation group was 97.92%, it was sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group(76.04%), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Compared with the con- trol group(78.12%), satisfaction of EPI service of the observation group(100.00%) was significantly higher, the difference was statisti- cally significant(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Through the implementation of health education, it popularizd the EPI knowledge and im- proved the rate of planned immunity and immunization service satisfaction.
