参萸强心方农本颗粒对慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量影响的临床研究

目的 观察参萸强心方农本颗粒对慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响.方法 72例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例,对照组为常规抗心力衰竭药物标准化治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用参萸强心方农本颗粒口服,疗程均为12周,观察6 min步行试验、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量评分、住院时间及再住院率.结果 经治疗后,两组患者6 min步行距离及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量评分较治疗前均有不同程度的改善,尤以治疗后第8周、第12周为著（P＜0.01）,且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患者住院时间、再住院率比较,治疗组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 参萸强心方农本颗粒可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的生存质量.

Clinical Research on the Effect of Shenyuqiangxinfangnongben Particles on the Quality of Life of the Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective：To observe the effect of Shenyuqiangxinfangnongben particles on the quality of life of the patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：72 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine anti heart failure drug standard therapy,while the treatment group were treated with oral Shenyuqiangxinfangnongben particles on the basis of the control group,both treatments for 12 weeks.Observe the 6-minute walking test,the quality of life scores of heart failure in Minnesota,the duration of hospitalization and the rehospitalization rate.Results：After the treatment,the 6-minute walking distance and the quality of life scores of heart failure in Minnesota had different degrees of improvement in the patients of both groups,especially in the 8th week and the 12th week after treatment（P＜0.01）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P＜0.05）.Comparing the hospitalization time and the rehospitalization rate of the patients in both groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Shenyuqiangxinfangnongben particles can obviously improve the quality of life of the patients with chronic heart failure.
