清胃散颗粒联合中药控释药条治疗急性冠周炎的临床研究

目的 观察清胃散颗粒联合中药控释药条治疗急性冠周炎的临床疗效.方法 97例患者,随机分成试验组和对照组,对照组给予H2O2溶液、0.9％氯化钠注射液冲洗冠周,拭干,盲袋内置2％碘甘油;试验组给予H2O2溶液、0.9％氯化钠注射液冲洗冠周,干燥,盲袋内置中药控释药条1条,同时给予清胃散颗粒冲服.连续治疗5d后复诊,比较两组治疗有效率、临床症状、体征改善情况以及主要厌氧菌的清除率.结果 试验组的总有效率91.67％高于对照组的79.59％ （P＜ 0.05）.治疗后,患者的临床症状、体征（疼痛、牙龈红肿、张口受限、面部肿胀、盲袋）均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05）,试验组的改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组治疗后对4类口腔厌氧菌的清除率差别不大（P＞0.05）.结论 清胃散颗粒联合中药控释药条治疗急性冠周炎临床疗效满意,能够明显减轻患者的疼痛、牙龈红肿、张口受限、面部肿胀、盲袋等症状体征,且不良反应小,作用持久.

Clinical Study of Qingwei Powder Particles Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine of Controlled-release Strip Treating Acute Pericoronitis

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Qingwei powder particles combined with traditional Chinese medicine of controlled-release strip treating acute pericoronitis. Methods： 97.patients with acute peri- coronitis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The control group was given 3% H2O2 solution and 0.9% saline to wash dental crown. After drying, blind bag with 2% iodine glycerin was put to the crown while the treatment group was given 3% H2O2 solution and 0.9% saline to wash. After drying,blind bag with 1 controlled-release strip was put to the crown. Then Qingwei powder particles were assigned for 5 con- tinuous days. Treatment efficiency,clinical symptoms,signs of improvement,and the main anaerobic bacteria clearance rate of the two groups were compared in return visit. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67% ,higher than 79.59% of control group （P〈 0.05）. After treatment,clinical symptoms and signs （pain, gingival swelling, trismus,facial swelling blind bags） were better than before（P〈 0,05 ）, Improvements in treatment group were better than those of control group （P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the four major oral anaerobes clearance rates of two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Qingwei powder particles combined with traditional Chinese medicine of controlled-release strip treating acute pericoronitis proves satisfactory,which can significantly reduce the patient＇s pain,gingival swelling,trismus,facial swelling,and other symptoms and signs with few adverse reactions and lasting effect.
