个体化护理干预对社区老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量及治疗依从性的影响

目的 观察个体化护理干预对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者生活质量（QOL）及治疗依从性的影响.方法 选CHF患者68例,随机分为两组,干预组和对照组各34例.对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予个体化护理干预,均追踪观察3个月.结果 治疗护理3个月后,干预组护理后患者QOL评分除个人信仰维度外,其余各维度较治疗前均明显提高（P＜0.05）;干预组生活质量提高改善效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.干预组护理后治疗依从性明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 个体化护理干预可明显提高CHF患者的治疗依从性,从而提高患者的生活质量.

Effect of Individual Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Community Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life （QOL） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 68 cases were randomly divided into intervention group （n = 34） and control group （n = 34）. The control group was given routine nursing while intervention group was given individual nursing intervention. Both groups were followed up for 3 months. Results： After 3 months of treatment nursing, QOL scores of nursing intervention group except individual belief dimension score significantly improved than before （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life in nursing intervention group was obviously superior to that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Treatment compliance of intervention group was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Individual nursing intervention can obviously increase treatment compliance for patients with CHF, so as to improve the quality.
