参苓白术散对重症患者肠内营养支持效果的影响

目的 观察参苓白术散对重症患者肠内营养支持效果的影响.方法 将60例ICU需营养支持的重症患者随机分为对照组32例与观察组28例,对照组给予成品肠内营养剂营养支持,观察组在此营养支持基础上加用参苓白术散,两组疗程均为7～10 d.结果 观察组各项实验室检查指标治疗后均较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05）;其中总蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数,观察组较对照组提高更显著（P＜0.05）,血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分数,观察组较对照组下降更明显（P＜0.05）.结论 肠内营养支持时加用参苓白术散有助于提高机体免疫力、控制感染,进一步增强营养支持效果.

Effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on Enteral Nutrition Support of Critically-ill Patients

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on enteral nutrition support of critically- ill patients. Methods： 60 critically-ill patients were randomly divided into control group of 32 eases and observa- tion group of 28 cases. The control group was given the finished enteral nutrition support while the observation group was given the finished enteral nutrition support with Shenlingbaizhu powder for 7～10 days. Results： The examination indexes of observation group after treatment significantly improved （P〈 0.05）. Total protein and total lymphocyte count in observation group improved more significantly than those in control group （P〈 0.05）. White blood cell count and neutrophil percentage decreased more significantly in observation group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Enteral nutrition support with Shenlingbaizhu powder can contribute to body immunity and infection control, thus further enhance the effect of nutrition support.
