复元醒脑汤治疗急性缺血性中风的临床研究

目的 观察复元醒脑汤联合常规西医疗法应用于急性缺血性中风的临床疗效.方法 将符合纳入标准的急性缺血性中风患者随机分为试验组、对照组各40例.两组均根据卒中指南接受西医常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加服复元醒脑汤,疗程均为14d.治疗前、治疗7d后、14d后分别对患者进行神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）、中风病类诊断评分、日常生活能力即Barthel指数（BI）评分.结果 治疗后两组NIHSS评分、病类诊断评分均下降,BI均上升;根据中风病类诊断评分确定的病情程度在治疗7d后组间差异具有统计学意义;根据NIHSS评分、BI评定的生活能力治疗前后比较有所改善,两组7d后、14d后的疗效差异均具有统计学意义.结论 复元醒脑汤联合常规西医治疗与单纯常规西医治疗相比,能更好地改善急性缺血性中风患者的神经功能缺损情况,提高日常生活能力,减轻病情严重程度,有助于病情改善和提高疗效.

Clinical Study of Fuyuanxingnao Decoction on Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuyuanxingnao Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treating acute ischemic stroke. Methods： 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups： 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. Both groups were treated with western medicine treatment according to the guideline of stroke. Besides, the treatment group was added with Fuyuanxingnao Decoction. The course of treatment of both groups lasted 14 days. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）, stroke diagnosis scale, activities of daily living （ADL）, Barthel Index（BI） were evaluated before treatment,7th days and 14th days of treatment respectively. Results： Compared with before, NIHSS score and stroke diagnosis scale decreased, and BI score increased. Compared with before, the severity of disease at 7th day determined by stroke diagnosis score improved in both groups. The life skills determined by BI and NIHSS scores improved in both groups at 7th day and 14th day. And there were statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusion： Compared with conventional western medicine,Fuyuanxingnao Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the signs of neurologic deficits and activities of daily living,and reduce illness severity,which is helpful for patients to improve their condition and clinical efficacy.
