微针刀疗法在神经根型颈椎病中的应用

目的 观察微针刀疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将80例患者随机分为微针刀治疗组和针刺对照组,各40例.微针刀治疗组采取微针刀疗法,针刺对照组采取传统针刺疗法.结果 治疗后微针刀治疗组的显愈率为89.74％,明显高于针刺对照组的72.22％ （P＜ 0.05）.微针刀治疗组治疗后VAS评分、症状体征积分较针刺对照组变化更明显（P＜0.05）.结论 微针刀疗法疗效可靠,副作用小,复发率低.

Application of Micro Acupotome Therapy in the Treatment of Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective：to observe the clinical effects of the micro acupotome therapy in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.Methods：80 patients of the case of cervical spondylosis selected were randomly divided into micro acupotome treatment group and acupuncture group,with 40 per group.According to the symptom score before and after treatment,the effects was compared between the two groups.Results：The micro acupotome treatment group with a cure rate of 89.74％ was better than that of acupuncture group 72.22％ （P ＜ 0.05）.The changes of VAS evaluation and the integral of symptom and physical sign of the micro acupotome treatment group were more obvious than those of acupuncture group （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Micro Acupotomy has a reliable curative effect,little side effect,and low recurrence rate.
