开窍复遂方在急性脑梗死患者溶栓后的应用

目的 观察分析开窍复遂方对急性脑梗死患者溶栓后的临床疗效.方法 将120例符合动静脉溶栓标准急性脑梗死患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例.实验组患者给予尿激酶溶栓的同时服用开窍复遂方,对照组患者给予尿激酶溶栓的同时服用依达拉奉注射液.两组疗程均为14 d.结果 实验组患者基本痊愈率为55.0％,明显高于对照组的5.0％（P＜0.05）.治疗后,两组NIHSS评分和改良mRS评分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）;两组比较,实验组降低更加明显（P＜0.05）.治疗后,两组患者的血浆hs-CRP、NO以及MMP-9较治疗前均下降（P＜0.05）;两组比较,实验组下降更明显（P＜0.05）.结论 开窍复遂方治疗溶栓后的急性脑梗死患者,有利于患者的神经功能的恢复,缓解患者的不良临床症状,减少患者的致残率,值得在临床上广泛推广.

Clinical Study of Kaiqiaofusui Decoction on Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients after Thrombolysis

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of complex analysis resuscitation after then party BBB thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 120 cases of arterial and venous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were treated with thrombolytic while taking then Kaiqiaofusui Decoction. The control group were treated with thrombolytic while taking edaravone injection. After treatment for 14 days, some indices were observed and compared in 2 groups. Results： After treatment,The cure rate in the treatment group with 55.0% were higher significantly than that in the control group with 5.0% （P〈 0.05）. Although the NIHSS score and the modified mRS score were both decreased, the reduce degrees in the experiment group were more obvious than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Meanwhile,in 2 groups,indicators including hs-CRP,NO and MMP-9 were all decreased. Moreover,the reduce degrees in the experimental group were more remarkable （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Kaiqiaofusui Decoction was used in patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolysis can help restore neurological function in patients,which can alleviate adverse clinical symptoms,reduce patient morbidity. It should be popularized in clinical practice.
