痛泻要方加味治疗肠易激综合征（腹泻型）肝郁脾虚证临床研究

目的 观察痛泻要方加味治疗肠易激综合征（腹泻型）肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗,治疗组采用痛泻要方加味,疗程2周,观察两组临床疗效及安全性指标.结果 治疗组总有效率92.05％,高于对照组的75.00％（P＜0.05）：治疗组症状积分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患者均未见血尿便常规及肝肾功能异常.结论 痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征（腹泻型）肝郁脾虚证临床疗效确切,安全可靠.

Clinical Observation of Modified Tongxie Yaofang Treating 40 Cases of IBS with the Dirrahea of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Tongxie Yaofang treating IBS with dirrahea of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods： 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases） .The treatment group was treated with modified Tongxie Yaofang after syndrome differentiation for two weeks.The control group was given 100rag oral trimebutine maleate capsules. Two weeks later,the symptoms and security indicators of the two groups were observed and e- valuated before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5% ,higher than 75% of control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improvement of symptoms scores. Blood and urine routine as well as hepatic and renal functions appeared normal. Conclusion： Modified Tongxie Yaofang treating IBS with dirrahea of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome proves safe and satisfactory.
