| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抑肽酶减轻缺血-再灌注损伤的机制。方法:查阅国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果:抑肽酶可以抑制缺血器官再灌注时IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α等促炎性细胞因子的生成与释放,及减少氧自由基的产生。结论:抑肽酶可以保护缺血器官再灌注后的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the probable mechanism of aprotinin reduce reperfusion organ injury during organ ischemia.Methods:Looking up the literatures home and abroad,then summarize them.Results:Aprotinin inhibits release of proinflammatory cytokines and reduce production of oxygen free radicals during ischemia-reperfusion injury.Conclusions:Aprotinin significant protect organ function from reperfusion injury during organ ischemia. |
