老年患者医院感染相关因素分析

目的了解老年患者医院感染发生情况,探讨有效预防及控制老年患者医院感染的对策。方法选择2004年1月—2006年12月间上海某3级医院老年科住院患者3 433例,调查并分析其医院感染部位、病原菌类型及相关影响因素。结果老年患者医院感染的发生部位以呼吸道感染居多,病原菌培养以真菌感染居多,医院感染的发生与患者年龄、住院时间以及是否实施过侵袭性操作有关,有神经系统基础疾病患者易发生医院感染,病死率与医院感染有关。结论医院感染与年龄增长、住院时间延长、侵入性操作和抗生素应用等因素密切相关,应根据相关因素制定医院感染的护理对策。

Analysis of correlative factors in hospital infection among elderly patients and nursing strategy for dealing with such infection

Objective To recognize the occurrence of hospital infection among elderly patients and to explore the effective measures to prevent and control it.Methods To investigate the clinical data of hospital infection in 3 433 elderly patients in our geriatric department from Jan.2004 to Dec.2006.Results The hospital infection of the elderly patients mainly occurred in the respiratory tract.The incidence was in positive relation with age and duration of hospitalization.The pathogenic cultures revealed most infections were by fungi.The development of hospital infection was correlated with invasive procedures.Patients with nervous system diseases were more vulnerable to hospital infection.The mortality was higher in patients suffering such infection.Conclusion Hospital infection was closely related to increasing age,prolonged hospitalization,invasive procedures and antibiotic abuse.Nursing measures against hospital infection should be taken according to the correlative factors.
