| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小切口人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术在玻璃体切割术后无晶状体囊膜眼中的应用情况.方法 在球后 、表面麻醉下给25例(25只眼)玻璃体切割术后无晶状体且无囊膜眼行角膜缘小切口人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术.术后随访1～6月.结果 25只眼术后视力均达到或超过术前矫正视力,无严重并发症.结论 小切口人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术治疗玻璃体切割术后无晶状体囊膜眼的效果确切.
