浅谈功能失调性子宫出血的课堂教学设计

摘    要:功能失调性子宫出血是妇科临床教学中的重点和难点。笔者在课堂教学设计中,用典型病例导课,图示法展示月经异常的临床表现和性轴变化的特点,采用排除法在鉴别诊断中给出全部的器质性疾病进行复习和鉴别,用对比思维法根据病理生理变化给出治疗原则和方法。通过这样的教学设计,能够使学生很好地掌握功能失调性子宫出血的相关知识。

Abstract:Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is both a key point and a difficult point in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. First, we introduced typical cases in classroom teaching design. Then, we displayed clinical manifestations of abnormal menses and characteristics of sex axis. We also carried out differential diagnosis by depletion method. Last, we offered curative principle and method by contrast thinking. As a result, the students could comprehend the knowledge related to dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
