淫羊藿消渴冲剂降糖作用的研究

摘    要:目的考察淫羊藿消渴冲剂 (epimediumhypoglycemicspring ,EHS)对实验动物的降糖作用 ,并探讨其可能的机制。方法EHS连续灌胃给药 ,考察对正常小鼠、肾上腺素高血糖小鼠、四氧嘧啶高血糖大鼠空腹血糖 (fastingbloodglucose ,FBG)影响 ,此外还考察了EHS连续给药对四氧嘧啶大鼠肝糖原及胰岛病理组织形态学的影响。结果EHS对正常小鼠的FBG无影响 ,但可降低肾上腺素高血糖小鼠及四氧嘧啶高血糖大鼠的FBG。对其作用机制探讨发现 :EHS高、中剂量 (10 0、5 0mg·kg-1)能增加四氧嘧啶高血糖大鼠肝糖原的含量 ,光镜下观察EHS高剂量 (10 0mg·kg-1)对胰岛 β细胞有明显的修复作用。 结论EHS能降低肾上腺素高血糖小鼠和四氧嘧啶高血糖大鼠的FBG ,其机制是增加肝糖元含量及保护胰岛 β细胞

Abstract:Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effect of epimedium hypoglycemic spring(EHS) and its mechanism involved.Methods After successive oral administration of EHS,FBG of normal mice,adrenaline-induced hyperglycemic mice and alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats were determined.In addition,in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats after successive oral administration,the contents of liver's glycogen and histology of pancreas's islet were sludied.Results EHS exhibits no apparent effect on FBG in the normal mice.Meanwhile EHS can effectively decrease FBG in the adrenaline-induced hyperglycemic mice and alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats.Moreover the contents of the liver's gloycogen in the alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats can manifest enhanced by ig EHS 100 and 50 mg·kg -1.It is testified histopathogically that pancreas's islet β cell of the alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats can be protected by ig EHS 100 mg·kg -1.Conclusion EHS can decrease the FBG in adrenaline-induced hyperglycemic mice and alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats,and its involved mechanism is related to significantly increasing the contents of the liver's gloycogen and protecting pancreas's islet β cell.
