回路内麻醉气体吸附器对异氟醚麻醉苏醒时间的影响

摘    要:目的 在吸入麻醉恢复期,观察回路内麻醉气体吸附器对Fi、Fet及苏醒时间的影响。方法 术毕关闭挥发罐后,安置麻醉气体吸附器在回路呼出端;比较使用吸附器对回路内麻醉气体浓度及苏醒时间的影响。结果使用吸附器后,回路内异氟醚浓度降至MAC0.3,所需时间由(15.38±1.4)min降至(3.47±0.60)min(P<0.01),病人苏醒时间由(25.20±1.74)min降至(1.75±1.12)min(<0.01)。结论 应用回路内麻醉气体吸附器可显著缩短病人苏醒时间,并减少气源浪费和环境污染。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of the in-flow anesthetic gas observer on Fi, Fet and the recovery time after stopping inhalation of isoflurane. Methods The recovery time and the time for decrease of anesthetic gas concentration with or without in-flow anesthetic gas absorber were compared respectively after closing the Vaporizer . Results By using in-flow anesthetic gas absorber after operation, the isoflurane concentration in circle reduced to MAC 0. 3. The time needed was (3. 47±0. 60) min, which was significantly shorter than that without using absorber (15.38±1.4) min (P<0.01) and the time for recovery was (11.75±1.12) min and (25.20± 1.74) min (P<0.01) respectively. Conclusion Anesthetic gas absorber can significantly reduce the recovery time of isoflurane inhalational anesthesia, the use of oxygen as gas resource and the pollution.
