MRI成像技术在前列腺疾病的应用价值

目的:探讨MRI成像技术在前列腺疾病的应用价值。方法:搜集52例要求进行前列腺检查的患者。采-用腹部相控阵线圈加脊柱线圈,平扫轴状位采用自旋回波(t1-se)、快速自旋回波(t2-tse)、弥散(ep2d-diffusion+fs)序列。矢、冠、轴状位采用快速自旋回波加脂肪抑制(t2-tse+fs)序列;增强扫描轴状位快速梯度回波的三维容积式插入屏气法(3D-VIBE+fs)序列检查。结果:本组52例发现前列腺癌18例,前列腺增生、前列腺炎症等良性病变25例,9例未见异常。检查阳性率82.7%。结论:MRI可进行多种参数多方位成像,在前列腺疾病诊断中有一定价值,MRI动态增强及脂肪抑制技术进一步提高了前列腺疾病的诊断准确率。

The Applying Value of MRI Techniques in Prostatic Diseases

Objective To explore the applying value of MRI techniques in prostatic diseases.Methods Fifty-two cases of patients who required MRI examinations on the prostate were collected.Programs of t1-se、t2-tse、ep2d-diffusion+fs in trans- versal direction and t2-tse+fs in transversal、sagittaland coronal direction were applied with body coil and spine coilin the plain scanning examinations,and programs of 3D-VIBE+fs in enhancement scanning examinations.Results In the 52 cases there were 18 cases with prostate cancer(PC),25 cases with benign prostatic diseases and 9 cases healthy.The positive rate of all the examinations was 82.7%.Conclusion MRI with multiparameter analysis is of value in examinations on the prostate, and DCE-MRI with fat-suppression (FS) also improves diagnosis level.
