术前插尿管时机选择的探讨

目的探讨手术前插尿管时机的选择。方法选择需插导尿管择期普外手术的患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别在麻醉前用药后20 m in及麻醉前用药前插导尿管,比较两组患者的血压、心率及插管一次成功率。结果两组患者血压、心率及插管一次成功率间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论麻醉前用药20 m in后插导尿管,可明显减轻患者的痛苦、心理压力,提高插导尿管的成功率。

Choice of Opportune Moment for Preparative Urethral Catheterization

Objective To access the choice of opportune moment for preoperative urethral catheterization.Methods Totally 120 patients who need preoperative urethral catheterization before general surgical operation were randomly divided as trial group and control group.Urethral catheterization was performed respectively before pre-anesthesia medication and 20 minutes after pre-anesthesia medication.The blood pressure,heart rate and success rate of one-set catheterization in the two groups were compared.Results Significant differences between these two groups in blood pressure,heart rate and success rate of one-set catheterization were found(P<0.01).Conclusion Urethral catheterization 20 minutes pre-anesthesia medication can reduce the patient's sufferings and psychological load,and raise the success rate of one-set catheterization,playing an active role in improving patient's satisfaction.
