术毕前应用地佐辛对气管导管拔管心血管反应的抑制作用

本研究观察了术毕前应用地佐辛对气管导管拔管时心血管反应的抑制作用。选择60例拟在全身麻醉下择期实施骨科手术老年患者：ASAI一Ⅲ级,年龄60~86岁．根据是否应用地佐辛及给药剂量的不同随机分为三组,地佐辛1组（D1组）、地佐辛2组（D2组）和对照组（C组）,每组20例。D1组和D2组患者在手术结束前约半小时分别予以地佐辛0．1mg·kg^-1和0．2mg·kg^-1静脉注射：C组患者在手术结束前不予以地佐辛静脉注射。结果显示术毕前应用地佐辛（0．1mg·kg^-1和0．2mg·kg^-1）对气管导管拔管时心血管反应具有显著的抑制作用.

Inhibitory Effect of Dezocine used near the end of Surgery on the Cardiovascular Response to Tracheal Catheter Extubation

This study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of injecting dezocine before the surgery fulfilment on the cardiovascular response to tracheal catheter extubation. Sixty patients of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ, aged 60~86 yr, undergoing selective orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly allocated into Group DI（20 cases）, Group D2（20 cases） and Group C（20 cases）. Half an hour before the end of operation. patients in Group D1, D2 and C received i.v. dezocine at 0.1, 0.2 and 0mg·kg^-1, respectively. The results showed that injecting dezocine 0.1 or 0.2 mg·kg^-1 before the end of surgery had a significant inhibitory effect on cardiovascular response to tracheal catheter extubation.
