门诊2型糖尿病患者生活质量及其影响因素分析

采用SF-36量袁对199例2型糖尿病患者进行调查，发现生活质量受损最严重的是总体健康，最轻的是躯体功能。利用单因素及多元线性回归分析对患者生活质量的影响因素：影响糖尿病患者生理健康总分的变量为职业、药物数量、性别；影响精神健康总分的因素为年龄。故对糖尿病患者进行多方面的支持和综合治疗，提高患者的生活质量。

Quality of Life and its Influencing Factors in Outpatients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective： To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors in outpatients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： A total of 199 outpatients with type 2 diabetes were investigated with self made general questionnaire and Short Form 36 Heahh Survry （SF-36）. The influencing factors of quality of life were analyzed by univariate analysis and muhiple stepwise regression analysis. Results： The most affected domain of quality of life was general heahh while the least affected one was physical functioning. The factors influencing the physical component of quality of life were job, gender and the numl）er of drugs, while the factor influencing the mental component of quality of life was age. Conclusion： The factors influencing the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes are muhiplc. We should pay more attention to provide all-round support and therapy to improve the quality of life.
