大学生宿舍关系与主观幸福感的相关研究

目的 探讨大学生的宿舍关系与主观幸福感的关系.方法 采取整体抽样的方法,使用大学生宿舍人际关系质量调查问卷和总体幸福感量表(简称GWB)对国内部分高校的355名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 ①大学生的宿舍关系好于全国常模(t=5.306,P＜0.01),男女生之间不存在显著性差异；②女大学生的主观幸福感明显高于全国常模(t=4.527,P＜0.01),男女生之间在主观幸福感上不存在显著差异；③大学生的宿舍关系与主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.438,P＜0.05).结论 大学生宿舍关系较好,大学生的主观幸福感也较高,宿舍关系好的大学生的主观幸福体验较高.

Relationship between Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship and Subjective Well-being of College Students

Objective To explore the relationship between dormitory interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being of college students.Methods A total of 355 college students were measured by Dormitory Interpersonal Quality and General Well-being Scale.Results ①The dormitory interpersonal relationship score of college students was significantly higher than the norm（t=5.036,P0.01）,there was no significant gender difference,②The GWB score of girl college students was were significant higher than the norm（t=4.527,P0.01）,and there was no significant gender difference,③ The dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students was significantly positive correlation with their GWB（r=0.438,P0.05）.Conclusion The better college students＇ dormitory interpersonal relationship is,the higher their subjective well-being is,college students with good dormitory interpersonal relationship experience high subjective well-being.
