自信心心理训练对精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的研究

目的 探讨自信心心理训练对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响.方法 将70例18～55.岁精神分裂症康复期患者随机分为自信心训练联合药物治疗组(研究组)和单纯药物治疗组(药物组),研究组在给予抗精神病药物治疗的基础上,每周进行2次自信心训练,持续5周,共10次.干预前后两组分别进行精神分裂症病人生活质量量表(SQLS)评定,了解患者生活质量改善状况.结果 入组时两组SQLS评定无差异(t=0.164,P=0.135),研究组干预前后SQLS评分有显著性差异(t=24.64,P=0.00),药物组无差异(t=1.31,P=0.22).两组心理干预后SQLS比较有显著性差异(t=13.38,P=0.00).结论 自信心心理训练可以明显改善精神分裂症康复期患者的生活质量.

The Effects of Self-confidence Training on Quality of Life of Convalescent Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effects of self-confidence training on quality of life of convalescent patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 70 18～55 years old patients with schizophrenia who met CCMD-3 were randomly divided into study group and control group.Both groups were treated with routine medication,study group was given the self-confidence training twice a week for one month.Self-confidence training had not provided for control group.Pre and post treatment,both groups were assessed with SQLS.Results Pre-treatment,there was no difference on SQLS between two groups（t=0.164,0.135）.one month later,there was significant difference between pre and post-treatment on SQLS in study group（t=24.64,0.00）and no difference in the control group（t=1.31,0.22）;there was significant difference between two groups on SQLS（t=13.38,0.00）.Conclusion Self-confidence training can improve quality of life of convalescent patients with schizophrenia.
