帕利哌酮缓释片与齐拉西酮治疗对精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素及体质量的影响

目的 探讨帕利哌酮缓释片与齐拉西酮治疗后对精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素及体质量的影响.方法 对58例未曾治疗或停药3个月的精神分裂症患者随机分为帕利哌酮缓释片组与齐拉西酮组,于治疗前及治疗第8周末测查患者血清泌乳素水平并监测体质量,进行对比分析.结果 在治疗前帕利哌酮缓释片组与齐拉西酮组血清泌乳素及体质量均无统计学差异；帕利哌酮缓释片组在治疗后第8周末的血清泌乳素较基线明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.2893,P＜0.01),治疗后第8周末的体质量较基线无统计学差异；齐拉西酮组第8周末的血清泌乳素、体质量较基线均无统计学差异；在第8周末,血清泌乳素帕利哌酮缓释片组高于齐拉西酮组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.0437,P＜0.01),体质量则无显著差异.结论 帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症患者的血清泌乳素有明显影响,而对体质量无明显影响；齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素及体质量均无明显影响.

The Effects of Ziprasidone and Paliperidone Extended-release Tablet on Serum Prolactin and Body Weight of Schizophrenia.

Objective To explore the effects of paliperidone extended-release tablet and ziprasidone on serum prolactin and body weight. Methods A total of 64 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into paleyketone group and ziprasidone group, and in contrast to schizophrenic patients serum prolactin and body weight. Results The serum prolactin level and body weight were no significant changes before using aliperidone extended-release tablet and ziprasidone（t= 4. 9259,0. 6228; P〉4.45）. In the 8th weekend after treatment,the serum prolacetin in paliperidone extended-release tablet group was significantly higher than that in baseline（t= 3. 2893,P〈0.41）,the body weight in paliperidone extended-release tablet group was not higher than that in baseline（t= 1. 0862 ,P〉4.05）. the serum prolactin level and weight were no significant changes before and after using ziprasidone（t= 1. 4148,0. 2902 ;P〉0.05）. There was significant difference for serum prolactin between two groups in 8th weekend （t= 3. 4437,P 4.01 ）. The body weight was no significant change between two groups in 8th weekend （t = l. 4862, P 〉 4.45）. Conclusion Paliperidone extended-release tablets has a influence on serum prolactin of patients with schizophrenia,but no significant effect on body weight ;Ziprasidone has not significant effect on serum prolactin and body weight.
