腮腺沃辛瘤的临床、病理及CT表现

目的探讨腮腺沃辛瘤（Warthin瘤）的临床、病理及CT表现。方法回顾性分析经术后病理证实的24例腮腺Warthin瘤的临床、病理及CT资料。结果24例患者单发16例，多发8例，共38个病灶，其中31个病灶位于腮腺后下象限。病灶多呈高密度圆形、椭圆形结节或肿块，边缘光整，密度均匀或欠均匀，增强后多呈明显强化，且多伴贴边血管征。结论根据腮腺Warthin瘤的发病年龄、性别、部位及影像学表现，诊断时应首先考虑Warthin瘤可能。

Imaging and clinicopathological features of parotid Warthin tumor

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinicopathological features and imaging appearance of Warthin＇s tumor in parotid gland. METHODS The clinical data of 24 cases with parotid Warthin＇s tumor proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS A total of 38 lesions were found in 24 patients. There were 16 patients with isolated lesion and 8 patients with multiple lesions. Most of the lesions （31/38） were located in the posterior and inferior quadrant. The lesions were presented as oval or round, well-circumscribed mass with high homogeneous （n=26） or inhomogeneous （n=12） density. There were 27 lesions demonstrated obvious enhancement after contrast enhancement, 10 lesions showed small vessels penetrating through or surrounding the mass. CONCLUSION Parotid Warthin＇s tumor should be first considered according to the clinical characteristics of the age, gender of the patients and the location and imaging manifestations of the lesions.
