女性精神分裂症患者配偶心理健康及生活质量调查

目的 探讨女性精神分裂症患者配偶心理问题及生活质量状况.方法 运用症状自评量表(SCL- 90)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI- 74)对50名女性分裂症患者的配偶(患者配偶组)和50名本市女性市民的配偶(对照组)进行问卷调查,对相关因素进行分析.结果 患者配偶组SCL-90各因子分均显著高于对照组(t=2.4,2.54,2.48,2.11,2.36,2.94,2.73,2.63,2.08；P＜0.05或P＜0.01).患者配偶组GQOLI-74各维度及客观状态总分均显著低于对照组(t=5.86,2.86,6.42,6.03,3.15;P＜0.01),具有统计学意义.结论 女性分裂症的配偶存在明显的心理问题和他们的生活生活质量受到了明显影响.

Mental Health and Quality of Life of Female Schizophrenic Spouses.

Objective To explore the mental health and quality of life of female sch. izophrenic spouses. Methods Using Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL- 90） and life quality evaluation questionnaire （GQOLI - 74） to assess 50 female schizophrenic spouses （spouses of patients group）and 50 female citizen spouse（control group）. Results Spouses of patients group had significantly higher scores Of SCL-90 than the control group（t= 2.4,2.54,2.48,2.11,2.36,2.94,2.73,2.63,2.08;P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01）. Spouses of patients group GQOLI-74 various dimensions and the objective status scores were significantly lower than those of control group （t= 5.86,2.86,6.42,6.03,3.15 ;P〈0.01）. Conclusion Female schizophrenic spouses have significant psychological problems,which influence their quality of life.
