化学污染皮肤洗消剂敌腐特灵的洗消作用

摘    要:目的评价化学污染皮肤洗消剂(敌腐特灵Chn和Fra)的酸碱洗消效果。方法采用体外酸(碱)敌腐特灵中和实验、大鼠在体皮肤酸灼伤实验、大鼠及家兔眼碱性灼伤实验等考察敌腐特灵的洗消效果。结果敌腐特灵Chn、Fra30ml可使lmllmol/LHCl或NaOH溶液的pH中和至生理pH范围(pH5.5~9.0),敌腐特灵洗消可降低酸损伤大鼠皮肤血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平,降低家兔眼碱性损伤角膜表面前房液pH值,降低大鼠眼碱性损伤后的血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平。结论敌腐特灵Chn和Fra的酸碱洗消效果相当.具有明显的酸碱中和作用,对化学污染皮肤保护作用显著,可明显减少创面损伤,使用后创面可较快愈合。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of emergency flushing with diphoterine Chn and diphoterine Fra on chemical contamination. Methods The in vitro efficacy of rinsing on the corrosive substance with a simple dosage of 1 ml of 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid by adding an increasing volume of diphoterine was evaluated by determining the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) , tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and ocular vascular endothelial growth foactor(VEGF) in plasma and the pH on the corneal surface and in the anterior chamber after rinsing with different irrigation fluids were all measured. Results Diphoterine Chn and diphoterine Fra showed good neutralization activities on corrosive acid and alkali. Diphoterine 30 ml culd reduce pH of 1 mol/L NaOH and HCl to normal pH 9.0 and 5.5, respectively. IL-6, TNF ,VEGF and pH were all decreased in the same scale when the animals treated with diphoterine Chn and diphoterine Fra. Conclusion The results suggested that diphoterine Chn be a more effective means of active decontamination of chemical splashes owing to its activities of alleviating burn severity and accelerating wound healing.
