口腔综合保健预防儿童龋齿的效果观察

目的观察口腔综合保健预防儿童龋齿的效果。方法比较1998年至2002年期间幼儿园内2 711名3~6岁儿童龋齿患病率情况,以及实施口腔综合保健干预措施前后儿童口腔保健行为的改变情况。结果儿童患龋率从1998年的38.58%降至2002年的18.68%,有显著的下降趋势(P<0.005),儿童口腔保健行为也有明显改善,各种正确口腔保健行为的执行率有非常显著的提高(P<0.005)。结论口腔综合保健对预防儿童龋齿有明显的效果。

An effecacy observation of oral synthetic care measures for preventing children's dental caries

Object To observe effecacy of oral synthetic care measures for preventing children's dental caries.Method The caries incidence among 2 711 children aged from 3 to 6 years old in our kindergarten from 1998 to 2002 were examined and changes in oral health protecting behaviors before and after oral synthetic care were compared.Result In the past five years of practicing oral synthetic care,children's dental caries incidence continued decreasing from 38.58% in 1998 to 18.68% in 2000,which the caries incidence in 2000 has markedly decreasing tendency as compared with that in 1998(P<0.005).After practicing oral synthetic care,children's oral health behavior improved,and the executive rate of every kinds of right oral health behaviors rose significantly(P<0.005).Conclusion oral synthetic care has apparent effect for preventing children's dental caries.
