摘    要:应用氢过氧化枯烯作用于培养的心肌细胞,观察到心肌细胞及培养液中脂质过氧化物含量增加,细胞膜流动性下降,细胞维生素E含量减少,~3H—TdR掺入率降低,细胞内酶类漏出增加以及细胞超微结构改变。表明氢过氧化枯烯激发和促进了培养心肌细胞的脂质过氧化过程,提示以氢过氧化枯烯作用于培养心肌细胞,可作为估价体外心肌细胞脂质过氧化损伤的模型之一。

Abstract:The effect of cumene hydroperoxide (CHPO) on cultured cardiac cells in rats was investigated. The results showed that the concentration of lipid peroxide and leakage of enzymes in the cells increased; and vitamin E content, cell membrane fluidity, and 3H -TdR penetration in the cells decreased with the increase of CHPO concentration. CHPO might induce cell ultrastructural changes. These indicated that CHPO initiated and facilitated lipid peroxidation in the cultured cardiac cells, and suggested that the effects of CHPO on cultured cardiac cells might be served as one of the models to e-valuate the injurious effect of lipid peroxidation on cardiac cells in vitro.
