传统抗癫痫药物对成年癫痫患者生活质量影响的调查

调查成年癫痫患者服用传统抗癫痫药物 (AED)对生活质量 (QOL)的影响。方法 :采用癫痫生活质量 - 10问卷 (QOLIE - 10 )对 2 0 0例在过去一年服用传统AED的成年癫痫患者 ,药物分组为单药组CZP组、PHT组和VPA组。多药组分为二种AED组和三种以上AED组。未用AED组 ,对照组 ,进行了药物的副反应、发作频率和QOL的调查。结果 :AED组和未用AED组与对照组比较差异非常显著P <0 .0 1。单药组副反应和QOL的组间比较无显著性 ,发作频率PHT组明显减少。多药组中三种以上AED组的副反应、发作频率和QOL都比其他组要差 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :癫痫患者的QOL降低十分明显 ,以三种以上AED联合使用其QOL更差 ,不能排除难治性癫痫的因素。

QUALITY OF LIFE WITH THE AFFECTION OF TRADITIONAL ANTIEPILEPTIC DRUGS IN ADULT EPILEPTIC PATIENTS

Objective:To investigate the affection of administration of traditional antiepileptic drugs (TAED) on the quality of life (QOL) in adult epileptic patients.Methods:We used the questionnaire for quality of life epilepsy-10. During the past one year, 200 patients had taken TAED (CZP, PHT, VI>A) respectively. Results:We compared the patients (taken TAED or not taken TAED) with the control groups and found their QOL had very significant difference ( P <0.01). Patients just taken one kind of TAED, their drug side effect and QOL were not significant difference among groups. But taken PHT, the episode frequencies obviously decreased. The drug side effect, episode frequencies and QOL of patients who had taken three or more kinds of TAED were all worse than those of any other groups ( P <0.01).Conclusion: The QOL of epileptic patients markedly decreased, especially taken more kind of TAED. But were not excluded the possible factors of stubborn epilepsy.
