休闲娱乐康复对脑卒中病人负性情绪及日常生活能力的影响

目的]探讨休闲娱乐康复对脑卒中病人焦虑、抑郁及日常生活能力的影响。方法]将96例脑卒中病人随机分为康复组和对照组,两组均按康复科常规进行药物治疗、运动治疗、作业治疗及理疗等康复措施,康复组另给予休闲娱乐康复治疗。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、改良巴氏指数评分、脑卒中病人生活质量量表分别于入组时和治疗3个月时进行评定。结果]治疗后康复组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组;改良巴氏指数评分及生活质量各因子分明显高于对照组。结论]休闲娱乐康复能明显缓解脑卒中病人的负性情绪、提高生存质量及改善日常生活能力。

Influence of recreation rehabilitation on negative emotion and activity of daily living of cerebral apoplexy patients

Objective:To probe into the influence of recreation rehabilitation on anxiety, depression and activity of daily living of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods: A total of 96 cases with cerebral apoplexy were divided into rehabilitation group and control group randomly. And routine treatment in rehabilitation department including drug therapy, exercise therapy, occupational therapy, and physical treatment were carried out for both group patients. Besides, patients of rehabilitation group were provided recreation rehabilitation. Then, all cerebral apoplexy cases were evaluated by adopting SAS, SDS, modified barthel index(MBI), and living quality scale right after admission and 3 months after treatment respectively. Results: Scores of SAS, SDS patients in rehabilitation group after treatment were lower than that of patients in the control group. However, scores (MBI) and each factor of living quality of rehabilitation group cases were higher than that of the control group cases. Conclusion: Recreation rehabilitation can relieve negative emotion, promote living quality and daily living activity of cerebral apoplexy patients.
