前列安栓治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征疗效观察

目的:观察前列安栓治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CPPS)的疗效.方法:对180例EPS常规检查及细菌培养(Meares-stamey四杯法),后按NIH分类标准(1995年)确诊为CPPS.并随机分成治疗组90例应用前列安栓,对照组90例应用野菊花栓,单盲对照观察疗效.结果:治疗组痊愈12例( 13.3%),显效36例( 40.0%),有效30例( 33.4%),总显效率 53.3%,总有效率 86.7%,明显优于对照组( 63.3%),由于采用改进后的水溶性栓剂,治疗组仅有10例轻度肛门不适及排便感,2例出现腹泻,3例有轻度腹痛,均可耐受.结论:前列安栓治疗CPPS安全,疗效满意.

Observation on curative effects of prostate bolt on chronic pelvic pain syndrome

Objective:To observe the curative effects of prostate bolt on chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS).Methods:Total of 180 patients had been included in the present study when they were diagnosed as having chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) that was determined according to the NIH classification standards by ESP routine and bacteria cultivation. Patients were randomly divided into study group (90 cases) receiving Prostate Bolt and control group (90 cases) receiving Wild Chrysanthemum Bolt. Therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results:Complete recovery were noted in 12 cases (13.3%), remarkable improvement in 36 cases(40.0%)and improvement in 30 cases (33.4%).The total effective rate was 86.7%, which was significantly better than the control group. With improvement in water solubility, only 10 cases in the treatment group reported slight uncomfortable anal senses, 2 cases with diarrhea, 3 cases with slight bellyache.Conclusions:The Prostate Bolt has satisfactory curative effects on CPPS.
