摘    要:为探索效果更佳的表皮细胞培养与移植的方法,我们建立了以纤维结合蛋白(FN)为底物的培养人表皮细胞的模式。对FN浓度及表皮细胞接种量的影响进行了研究。结果 表明此培养系统具有效果佳、简便易行等优点,值得临床试用。报告4例用此法培养的表皮细胞膜片行自体烧伤创面回植,其中有2例膜片存活并生长成复层鳞状表皮。

Abstract:In order to develop a more efficient method for the cultivation of human epidermal cells suitable for use in the treatment of burns, a culture model using fibronectin coated substrate was established,and the effects of concentration of FN and density of epidermal cells on growth of the cells were evaluated. These results show thatthe cultured model is an effective, and simple method for cultivation of human keratinocytes and it is worthy of clinical trial. The cultured autologous epidermal cell sheets were grafted onto burn wound in 4 burn patients. In two of them the gafts grew into multi-layered keratinocyte epithelium.
