| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法72例带状疱疹患者随机均分为2组,治疗组静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷注射液100mL.d-1及阿昔洛韦1.0g.d-1,对照组静脉滴注阿昔洛韦1.0g.d-1,疗程均为7d。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为88.89%、66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组各有2例出现轻微不良反应,均不影响治疗。结论复方甘草酸苷联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of combined therapy of compound glycyrrhizin and acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.METHODS:72 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group were administrated with 100mL·d-1 compound glycyrrhizin and 1.0g·d-1 acyclovir for a week,control group were administered with 1.0g·d-1 acyclovir for a week.RESULTS:The responsive rates(RR) for treatment group and control group were 88.89% and 66.67% respectively(P<0.05).Slight adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups(2 cases in treatment group and 2 in control group),but without affecting treatment.CONCLUSION:Combined therapy of compound glycyrrhizin and acyclovir was safe and effective for the treatment of herpes zoster. |
